Payment
You can pay for your order by bank transfer, in HUF or EUR. We will send you a payment request via email, which includes the necessary data for the transfer. If you would like a unique payment method (for example, cash or cash on delivery), select the “Unique payment plan” option and our colleagues will contact you to discuss the details.


Transport
The shipping fee depends on the size and type of the ordered product. For smaller packages, the home delivery fee is 3,790 HUF, for larger products it is 6,490 HUF. For solar panels, batteries and other large products, the delivery is based on an individual price quote, which our staff will always discuss with you after placing the order.

A Solplanet Wi-Fi adapter az inverter internetkapcsolatához és online felügyeletéhez használható kommunikációs kiegészítő. Segítségével a Solplanet inverter adatai továbbíthatók a Solplanet felhőbe és az alkalmazásba, így a rendszer termelése és működési állapota távolról is ellenőrizhető.

A Wi-Fi Stick plug & play kialakítású: az inverter megfelelő csatlakozójába illesztve, majd az alkalmazáson keresztül konfigurálva kapcsolható a helyi hálózathoz. A gyártói információk szerint a készülék legfeljebb 5 eszköz kezelésére alkalmas, és legalább 7 napnyi biztonságos adattárolást biztosít kapcsolatkimaradás esetén.

A kompakt kivitel kültéri környezethez is illeszkedik, IP65 védettséggel rendelkezik. A kapcsolat helyreállása után az eltárolt adatok automatikusan feltöltésre kerülnek a felhőbe.
