Solar panel cleaning in Budapest and its surroundings
Increase your system's efficiency with deionized water technology and expert condition assessment. Precise cleaning, photo documentation, and comprehensive safety on all roof types.
Dust and dirt accumulated on the panels reduce efficiency, and deposits can damage the surface in the long run. We clean with deionized water, which is chemical-free and leaves no water stains after drying.
For us, the work isn't just about washing: each time, we inspect the support structure and the visible parts of the cables to identify any mounting errors or rodent damage. We take photos of the process so you can see the system's condition.
Call-out is free in Budapest and its immediate vicinity. We work with fixed-price packages, so the cost can be known in advance based on the number of panels and the roof type.

Why is it worth cleaning solar panels?
Dust and pollen
Dust and pollen form a thin layer on the panels' surface, which reduces light transmission. This is a common problem, especially near busy roads, agricultural areas, or wooded environments.
Bird droppings and leaves
Bird droppings and leaves leave stubborn, localised stains on solar panels. These shade the cells and cause a disproportionately high loss of production in certain parts of the panel.
Decreasing Production
A dirty surface allows less sunlight to reach the cells, so the system produces less energy. Thus, dirty panels reduce the efficiency of the solar panel system in the long run.
The rain is not enough
Rain washes off some of the loose dirt, but caked-on dust, pollen, bird droppings, and other deposits remain on the surface. Therefore, cleaning solar panels should not be left solely to the weather.

Why isn't it enough for the rain to wash the panels?
Why isn't it enough for the rain to wash the panels?
Rainwater does not remove stubborn dirt and pollen, and often leaves a new layer of grime behind. Regular cleaning with deionized water can lead to a 10-20% increase in production.
What kind of water is used to clean solar panels?
What kind of water is used to clean solar panels?
We only use special deionized (DI) water, which is completely chemical and mineral-free. This ensures that the panels dry spotless and scale-free.
Can cleaning cause damage to the system?
Can cleaning cause damage to the system?
No, because we use scratch-free, soft brushes specifically designed for solar panels. In addition, our HUF 50 million liability insurance provides full guarantee for your safety.
How often should I clean it?
How often should I clean it?
In an average environment, it is recommended once a year, while in dustier or agricultural areas, it is recommended twice a year. A clean surface not only produces more power but also extends the lifespan of the cells.
Do you also undertake work outside of Budapest?
Do you also undertake work outside of Budapest?
Yes, delivery is free in Budapest and its immediate vicinity. For more distant locations, we charge tiered delivery fees. We are also happy to travel to more remote parts of Pest County and rural areas by arrangement.
Do I need to provide water for cleaning?
Do I need to provide water for cleaning?
Yes, for effective work, we need a standard garden tap (water access). On-site, we use our own portable water treatment unit to convert tap water into 100% pure, deionized water, thus ensuring spot-free drying.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my reservation?
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my reservation?
In case of heavy rain or strong wind, for safety reasons, we will reschedule with you. Light rain is not an issue, but the deionized water technology yields the best results in sunshine.
