You can pay for your order by bank transfer, in Hungarian Forint (HUF) or Euro (EUR). Cash on delivery is available for orders up to HUF 500,000, with a handling fee of HUF 4,990. For orders over HUF 500,000, only bank transfer is possible. The proforma invoice will be sent by email and will contain the necessary details for the transfer.

Your orders are delivered throughout Hungary with the help of our reliable logistics partners or our own transportation service. Personal pick-up is possible by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and type of the ordered product:

The Leapton 450W bifacial solar panel uses modern N-type TOPCon cells, which are among the most advanced technologies on the solar panel market. The essence of the TOPCon ("Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact") solution is that the cells receive a special layer that reduces energy loss and ensures higher efficiency, especially in warm weather or low light conditions.
The panel has a double-sided (bifacial) structure, meaning that not only the front but also the back can generate energy from reflected light. This allows the system to produce 5-25% more energy under the same installation conditions.
The double-glass structure provides a longer lifespan and better mechanical protection – the solar panel is less prone to micro-cracks and moisture damage. PID (Potential Induced Degradation) protection prevents panels from losing performance over time in high-voltage systems.
Leapton solar panels are subjected to rigorous TÜV Nord tests for salt mist, ammonia, and temperature resistance, ensuring reliable operation even in coastal, humid, or dusty environments.

Solar panel types primarily differ in efficiency, technology, and application.
Previously widespread polycrystalline panels have now fallen out of favor due to their lower efficiency, especially in poorer light conditions.
Modern systems almost exclusively feature monocrystalline panels, which provide higher performance over a smaller area and offer a longer lifespan.
Within these, we distinguish between monofacial (producing only from the front) and bifacial panels. The latter also utilize light reflected from their back, thus enabling up to 10-20% greater energy production in appropriate installation environments.

In a traditional (string) system, panels connected in series draw the same current, so a shaded panel can reduce the performance of the entire string.
However, this effect can be reduced or even eliminated by using optimizers. Optimizers regulate the operation of each panel individually, so a shaded panel does not significantly affect the performance of the others.
Therefore, if shading is expected during installation (e.g., chimney, tree, roof segmentation), it is worth considering an optimized system for more efficient operation.

The best production is achieved when sunlight hits the panels as perpendicularly as possible. In Hungary, a south-facing orientation and a tilt angle of approximately 35–40° generally provide the highest annual yield.
In the case of an east-west arrangement, the total production is typically 5–10% lower, but the energy distribution is more even throughout the day. This can be particularly advantageous in households where consumption is significant both in the morning and in the afternoon.
In practice, therefore, maximum peak production is not always the most important factor; rather, it is how well production aligns with consumption habits.

It is important to note, however, that the performance warranty is a long-term commitment that primarily serves as a safety net. In practice, technology evolves significantly over such a period, so in many cases, it may be a more economical solution to upgrade to a more modern panel than to go through the warranty claim process.
Therefore, when making a choice, it is advisable to prioritize the manufacturer's reliability and the current quality of the product.
