Sunways batteries are designed as a modular energy storage system, primarily for residential and smaller commercial solar power systems. The system consists of separate components, allowing the battery capacity to be expanded step-by-step as needed.

The core of the offering is the STE-P2560-S lithium battery module (2.56 kWh), which does not operate independently but forms a complete energy storage unit in conjunction with the other system components. The battery modules are placed from below onto the STE-B2560-S base unit, which provides mechanical support and connection functions.

Safe and controlled operation is ensured by the STE-M2560-S BMS control module. This monitors the charging and discharging processes of the battery modules, as well as the system's communication with the inverter. The Sunways battery system is thus well-suited for integration with Sunways inverters, and provides a clear structure for future capacity expansion.
