Payment
You can pay for your order by bank transfer, in Hungarian Forints or Euros. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to HUF 500,000, with a handling fee of HUF 4,990. For orders over HUF 500,000, only bank transfer is accepted. The proforma invoice will be sent to you by email, containing the details required for the transfer.

Shipping
We deliver your orders throughout Hungary with the help of our reliable logistics partners or our own transport. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and type of the ordered product:

• Small package: HUF 3,790
• Large package: HUF 6,490
• Solar panels and batteries: custom shipping fee (based on size, weight, and quantity)

The Deye SE-F12-MAX is a low-voltage LiFePO₄ battery with a nominal voltage of 51.2 V. Its nominal and usable energy storage capacity is 11.8 kWh, with a capacity of 230 Ah. The built-in BMS, active fuse, and circuit breaker monitor the battery's operation and protection.

The maximum continuous charge and discharge current is 230 A, and the short-term allowable peak current is 280 A. The battery can deliver a maximum power of 11.8 kW. Its recommended depth of discharge is 90%, and its energy efficiency is up to 95%.

The heated version can be charged at ambient temperatures as low as –20 °C, and its discharge temperature range is between –20 and +55 °C. Multiple batteries can be connected in parallel, communicating with the inverter via CAN 2.0 or RS485. Local monitoring and configuration are also available via Bluetooth.
